Return & Refund Policy

At PagluRam, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality snacks and namkeens. Due to the nature of food products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Packaging is tampered or opened at the time of delivery

To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with proper proof (images/videos).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products returned after the allowed time frame
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

3. Refund Process

Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement of the product. The replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
